On air · Cuiabá — Brazil

Your event, live from Brazil, done right.

Multicamera live streaming and real-time content production for corporate, agribusiness, music and sports events. Own crew, own gear, based in Cuiabá — Mato Grosso, and travelling across Brazil.

Working with us from abroad

A local crew,
without the local friction.

Flying a production team into Mato Grosso costs more than the event. We are already here — with the gear, the venues and the suppliers mapped.

01

We speak your language

Briefings, run sheets and reports in English. One technical director is your single point of contact from the first call to the final file delivery.

02

Remote directing welcome

Your producer can watch and talk to the gallery from anywhere in the world — programme feed, comms and a confidence monitor, all remote.

03

Invoicing from Brazil

Paulix Filmes LTDA is a registered Brazilian company. You get a formal written scope, a proposal valid for 30 days and a proper invoice.

04

Field-proven connectivity

Farm shows and field days happen far from any decent line. We bring bonded links, backup bandwidth and bitrate monitoring from first frame to last.

What we do

one operation.

We build the rig, run it and deliver — from the cable to the final cut. You watch the event; we take care of the signal.

Event types

Every format needs
a different operation.

We don't learn on your event. We arrive knowing where each camera goes, what feeds the screen and what goes out to the internet.

Conferences and seminars

Keynotes, panels, workshops and press briefings. HD streaming, national reach and a recording of every room.

Conventions and internal comms

Sales kick-offs, season launches, all-hands. Staff watch from anywhere, on any device, open or password-protected.

Agribusiness shows and field days

Field days, livestock auctions, trade rounds. Wireless capture in the open and a stable signal far from the city.

Launches and brand activations

Extend the reach of the room, travel on social and turn the event into content that keeps working afterwards.

Hybrid and virtual events

Speakers joining from anywhere in the world, with remote direction taking camera, slides and video from each one.

Concerts, festivals and sport

Multicamera live cut, IMAG for the screens and a simulcast to every channel the artist or the competition owns.

How it works

From the brief
to the signal on air.

A quote within one business day, with a closed scope: how many cameras, who operates them, how many channels and what you get afterwards.

  1. Step 01

    Brief

Date, venue, running time, destination channels and what has to go on air.

  2. Step 02

    Proposal

Scope, crew and equipment in writing. Valid for 30 days, priced to the project.

  3. Step 03

    Rig and rehearse

Early load-in, signal tests and a vision rehearsal before the doors open.

  4. Step 04

    On air and delivery

The stream is monitored from start to finish, clips come out during the event, and cameras, audio and screens stay in sync.

Frequently asked

What clients ask
before booking.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We work in English with agencies, brands and production companies based outside Brazil. Briefings, run sheets and reporting are in English, and your producer can direct remotely from any time zone.

What is simultaneous streaming?

It means sending the same live signal to several channels at once — YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, plus the screens in the room. The audience at home and the audience in the venue see the same thing at the same moment, without a separate crew for each channel.

Where in Brazil do you operate?

We are based in Cuiabá and cover the whole of Mato Grosso, including events out in the field far from any town. We also travel to events in other Brazilian states.

What happens if the venue internet fails mid-broadcast?

We run a backup link and monitor bitrate from first frame to last. We also load in early for signal testing and a vision rehearsal, precisely so problems surface before the audience does.

Is the equipment yours or rented?

It is ours. Cameras, vision mixer, audio and the streaming system are owned and maintained by the same crew that operates the event. No last-minute rental surprises.

What do I receive after the event?

ISO recordings of every camera for post, vertical cuts ready for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, and the edited stills — most of them released while the event is still running.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier the better, because good dates fill up fast. The quote itself comes back within one business day, with a closed scope: how many cameras, who operates them, how many channels and what you receive afterwards.
